2008 Rotary 4th of July Celebration The Jacksonville Rotary Club will again sponsor the Annual 4th of July Parade in Jacksonville. Our theme this year is Happy Birthday America! We hope to make this year’s parade the best ever! An entry form is required and must be submitted by Monday, June 30, 2008. The parade will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. and proceed east on State Street to Sandy Street where it will turn right (South) and travel to College Avenue. At College Avenue the parade will turn right (West) and proceed to the intersection of College Avenue and Church Street (JHS Bowl), where it will disband.
